The Young Living Difference
We use Young Living for a very specific reason. They never sacrifice on quality.
Seed to Seal occurs over 5 steps: Seed, Cultivate, Distill, Test, Seal.
1. Seed Potential
It starts with Seed Potential. Potent essential oils come from plant species that have been authenticated by Young Living and industry experts through scientific research, field study, university partnerships, and on-site planting certification. Selecting seeds that produce the highest value is a vital first step in the seed to seal process.
Cultivate is the second step. Young Living knowledge of soil preparation, balance of sun and water, responsible weed and pest control and wild craft harvesting ensure stringent standards are met both on their own farms as well as with the carefully monitored partner farms. They continue to conduct research and remain dedicated to growing the highest quality plants possible.
Distill is the third step of this process. Young living combines ancient and modern techniques during their distillation process. They primarily use low-pressure steam distillation to ensure that the beneficial plant compounds in each batch of essential oil remain uncompromised.
Test is the fourth step. Young Living never accepts diluted, cut or adulterated essential oils. If you are holding a bottle of peppermint you know the oil you have in your hand is 100% pure peppermint essential oil.
To guarantee consistent quality Young Living tests each batch of essential oil with their own internal labs, as well as with third party facilities. This ensures that each batch meets Young Living’s demanding specifications, exceeds international standards, and contains the optimal amount of bioactive molecules in each bottle, which means it will be more effective for you and your family.
The 5th and final step of the seed to seal process is seal. Each bottle of essential oil is carefully inspected and sealed in a state-of-the-art clean-room facility and then shipped to members worldwide.
